About us
Welcome to our workshop, where light gains a soul, and wood, metal, and ceramics blend into a story. We are a family-run manufactory that chooses the rustle of wood shavings, the grind of metal, and the gleam of brass under our fingertips over mass production. Each of our lamps is the result of many hours of work, conversations with clients, and a constant search for beauty in the details.
How did it all begin? One day, in a small workshop full of old tools, we decided to create lighting that would not only shine but also tell a story. Instead of ready-made solutions, we started listening to what people truly wanted to hang in their homes. And so, step by step, "Kuźnia Drewna" (The Wood Smithy) was born out of passion. Today, although our workshop has grown, we still treat every project as one of a kind. Over time, as we received more international orders, our original name became less clear to our global audience. We decided to take a step forward and change our name to CRAFDECO. It is a fusion of craft, decoration, and design—the core values that have guided us from the very beginning.

Krzysztof – A creator with a mission
The sleepless head of Crafdeco – at least not when there’s a new lamp to be imagined. An early bird with the soul of an inventor, who:

"Out of boredom" obtained every possible driving license category, became a paraglider pilot, and started flight school.

With obsessive persistence turns "impossible" into "done" (usually within a month of saying the words).

With chocolate in hand designs, welds, and discusses details – because for him, a conversation with a client is the best source of inspiration.
In Crafdeco, he is the heart of the process – it is thanks to his relentless energy that the lamps take on unique shapes, and the clients... broad smiles. He loves creating new things and never lets a single month pass without attending a meeting, course, or event that could help the business grow.
Angelika – The Guardian of Harmony
A night owl who transforms creative chaos into organized beauty. The one who masters the chaos – even when Krzysztof scatters sketches of new projects all over the workshop. She knows exactly where the files are, which contractor is which, and which contract needs to be handled. She’s the one behind the scenes, but without whom nothing would work ;)
In her arsenal: ✦ Black coffee (at least two mugs before noon) ✦ A sharp eye – she catches the tiny details that can be improved in a heartbeat ✦ An endless list of skills – from graphic design to negotiating contracts, and from creating processes to balancing on the edge of a deadline
She is the one who keeps invoices, social media, and a thousand other details in check, ensuring Crafdeco runs like a Swiss watch. And along the way – she creates the visual soul of the brand, from the website to the videos that delight you on social media.
Why do we make the perfect team?
Because we combine the madness of ideas with the discipline of execution. Because when he says "how about we make a ceramic lamp?", she already knows that she’ll soon be off to buy a kiln ;) And above all – because we both believe that even the most beautiful light cannot replace the human story behind it.
